Sometimes at work I get a message when I try to post saying "Invalid Session - resubmit form"...

Wassat?

1. Are you an AOL-User, or do you have a provider who changes the isp during the internet session?

2. Maybe the forum time-out is too short, did this error occur after you have typed a long answer or you waited a long time before you click the "submit" button?



This problem is known with the newest forum version, which we have.
Most common problem are providers who changes their isp during the session, mainly in company networks.

The session length is set to one hour (3600 seconds) at the moment.
Is it possible that you did not hit the submit button after one hour?

I donīt want to set it higher because of security issues.

No never 1 hour, 10 minutes maximum when reading/writing big posts for me. Sometimes less and it still buggers up :\

have you tried to delete your cache and cookies once?

sometimes it helps
