Meh, I'll wait till it's released and reviewed. Hype don't mean shit in the games industry these days, just ask all those suckers that pre-ordered the last Batman game

It ran fine on my PS4 but after playing through the campaign and most of the side-quests I cba to play it again. I still prefer Asylum to any of the sequels.

Yeah Eternal Crusade would make me wary too! I only ever take a punt if I can source a pre-order cheap or the kickstarter/founder options are reasonable.

On the subject of pre-orders, I'm a little underwhelmed by the Sword of the Coast head start early access weekend, just basic dungeon crawling atm, campaign to come at release, just seems a little lacklustre atm. Modules and DM tools are available though, not had a proper butchers.

For Battletech, I'll judge it on cost

Apparently this will be using the designs and 3D models from MWO:

Could be good but I hope they make some size tweaks, the Cent is still too fucking big.

That's probably a good move. PGI get a chunk of the sales and the devs save a ton of money on the art and design.

However, after Mechwarrior Tactics I think a lot of players will be wary of losing their money again

Watching that makes me wish MWO would pull its finger out and offer lance-based missions against some AI. That would be awesomesuace.

More stompy robots huh? And was that Jordan Whatshisname not the cunt responsible for BFRs in Planetside? Either way, stompy robots completely out of my system since BFRs, so they can shove their Kickstartert campaign as far as I'm concerned.
