... or how PGI admitted they were desperate.

Seriously? You'll get all your items by JUNE 17th?! And $500 for a gold-skinned mech? Anyone else smell the fear?

That... is... ridiculous. And look at the prices. $210 for the most popular mech of all time, the Timber Wolf (Mad Cat) + some extra crap? Allow me to laugh in their faces. They can quite honestly go fuck themselves.

Holy shit I don't play that, never will, and now I will also stay the fuck away from anything else that company ever publishes.

I haven't looked but I bet there was a shitstorm on the official forum, cause they've introduced an "a la carte" option which means you can just get the clan mech you want most (plus the two variants) along with three mechbays for "only" $55. Each subsequent mech you add to the package lowers the price per chassis.

You have to admire their business sense I guess... Pre-order now and get the Timber Wolf in June, want to buy it with CBills you can wait until November, although you can have it in October if you pay with MC. So basically all the clan mechs are done but they want to get as much money right now as possible. Struggling for cash reserves perhaps?

Still not coming back lol

Yeah, they've pretty much sealed their fate in my eyes. I'm still super happy about betting that founders pack refunded. Not because of the avoided monetary loss, but because I don't even want to give a bollock hair to those fuck nuggets.

It is extremely sad that Mechwarrior Online is still the best Mechwarrior game out there. The other games, although they have better mechanics, they are too old.

It's a shame that games like Hawken went through the casual road and features mechs that behave like paper monkeys, and an almost instant repair system that resembles CoD's regenerating health too much.

I am praying to the mech Gods to bring us a good Mech experience, and not this 3rd person, pay to win or grind until you die, experience they call Mechwarrior Onlline.

This. Hell the F2P payment option isn't of itself the problem, it's just PGI are a bunch of nutsacks.

I uninstalled. Got a few good games to play right now and with Elite and Star Citizen on the horizon, as well as that No Mans Sky or whatever it was, I don't think I'll have to revisit it.
