I think this is actually some sort of drug code. I think he is actually saying "Meet me at behind the bike sheds, I have the vicodin".

I use batty all the time, but usually followed by either 'crease', 'clart' or 'boy'.

for the huge Bradford contingent in here, I have to give 'Gloyt' a mention.

Had to explain to a youngster in our office what 'doing a Joey' was the other day. Upon googling Joey Decon and watching some youtube he was horrified that we would mock a poor soul like Joey. In our defence, it was bloody funy at the time

Other notable phrases from the time would be wotcha, spazmo and flyd. I'm sure Brune fondly remembers being called last the two.
