Okee, this puppy has just closed its Founders program and is coming to Steam Early Access imminently.

So what do you need to know? Easy; you'll have to pay for it, poofy elves and Orcs are not in yet, and its still in Alpha. Think that covers everything

Ok, ok, gamplay and review linky from November:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=76c6ky78svw

It tells you some important things about the game and the roadmap and how the whole continent/PvP maps thing works. Also, putting the heavy bolter on sandbags to make it a turret is awesome... at least until some fucker with a jetpack flanks you anyway.

This one is more important, its from a week ago and while it looks pretty good he gives his opinion on the state of the game as it relates to paid for early access, something I agree with him over but I have a founders pack so I'll be playing anyway:

And this is the linky to the FAQ for the Steam EA shit. Worth a read if you feele like splashing cash on it:

Zoran the bears footage looked like a WH40K COD mashup, where is the scale and epicness? I would prefer BF WH40K mashup as I think this will be way off a PS2 experience.

Big risk, early access may kill this games reputation if they are not careful, you think they need more financial assistance to thus make them jump on Steam too early?

See, this shit is EXACTLY why he said at the start to ignore the 16v16 because that was just for testing. Try and keep up old man

The devstream that's in one of his videos acually talks about scale on the roadmap. They are pretty sure that while they can get to hundreds vs hundreds, and possibly even thousands, they aren't convinced that will be the most fun gameplay. However, the continent and map system they have is pretty flexible so they should be able to tune it as the game develops.

The main dev reckons the game is fully funded and now is the right time to jump into a better advertised setup and being on Steam solvs a lot of issues for them.

Shit, now I sound like a fanboy
