Pan-empire Anti-Cheater Treaty =)

Got wide support for this gentlemen's agreement amongst NC and TR so far, even Blue Lions and PLA agree to it on NC, which means basically even our zerg agrees to it. Buggerlugs already said he supported it, but just to make sure you all can read about it.

The treaty is simply making an official point on how we all prolly stand on hacking and what we typically do with a hacker already, but now also going a step further where we try to undo the damage of hackers. Typically by just doing a step back to give the attacked empire time to breath and recuperate from a cheater assault.

Scepticism is widely available of course, but yeah, so is support. Including those who were said never to listen to others. Everyone seems to like the idea, even the Chinese and Russians, it's mostly the Americans that remain sceptic. Regardless, it's not about being 100% foolproof and never a 100% guarantee for third parties involved. But it's about sending out a signal and being a good sport, whether or not others are.
